I don't know if this is the correct place to put this, or even if the information will be of use to anyone else in the guild, but here it is anyhow:
If you are from Ireland or Northern Ireland, and are attempting to use an NC Mall vitual card, bought via Paypal, you will have to give your country of residence as being in the UK for the card to work. Ireland and Northern Ireland are given on the list of countries, but the database or whatever doesn't appear to like it when they are selected and won't let you use the card to buy items. I don't know if I am the only person from Ireland, north or south, in Spankys BW or not, so am not aware if this information will be of use to anyone else.
Can those of you who have friends on Neopets from Ireland please pass this information on to them? I only discovered this information by accident. Someone on the Charter Board realised that I was from Ireland and told me about it. Others may not be so fortunate.TNT have been informed of the problem but there is no way of knowing how soon it will be until they sort it out. Thanks
