Need help, have tips, know of any petpages?

http://neopets.com/~xpaino
http://neopets.com/~aardax

http://www.neopets.com/~Professer_Boo is a good guide which I have used quite a bit
http://www.neopets.com/~lalalalalalala_70454 is also good because it gives a lot of help but is heavy on graphics and takes quite a long time to load. However when it does load a lot of people find this guide more easy to use because of all the pictures.
If you really get stuck go to the OLDPD board under Tale of Woe on the Neoboards. They have links to a lot more guides in their Intro Posts and, being nice bunch of people, will help you out if you are still stuck after reading the guides.
Well that was shortlived, the plot is over.
I hope they don't lose our plot info this time and can actually hand out prizes. XD

Is that why we don't have good gifts for the Altador plot?
Shame it ended so suddenly. Time has not been on my side recently and I missed the battles at the end.
Wonder what prizes if any will be given out and when!!!
I reckoned that they would want to have the Tale of Woe over and done with well before the start of December when they have to get the Advent Calendar running etc.
Still, I am sorry that it is over as I enjoyed figuring out the puzzles and doing the potions, finding the names. I didn't really enjoy the battledome end of the plot because I have weak pets and while I could manage the tombstones and two of the sets of trees, everything else was too strong for me, so I had to back off that bit of it. I hope that it doesn't count for too much when they allocate the prizes.
For my part I think that it is a pity that the ability to complete tasks in the plot appears to have ended immediately the Mayor was defeated in the Battledome. The LDP and Altador plots gave time for late starters to finish which seems to be a bit fairer on those people who have to use neopets mostly at weekends and only once or twice during the week. I know that a lot of people were still working on potions or wandering around Meepit Oaks when the Mayor was defeated and that was that. It might have been fairer to allow even 24 hours grace for people to get things finished.
I'm sad it's over too... it seems like they didn't really explain everything that went on in the plot. And I agree about the grace period. I never would have gotten as far as I did on the LDP without it, and though I managed to keep up with the plot this time, I'm sad that so many people couldn't because of RL commitments
Is that why we don't have good gifts for the Altador plot?

Hehe, who knows, but they obviously couldn't figure out who should get prizes and gave the same thing to everyone. It is my speculation that a can of Coke was involved, along with a hoarde of meepits and their legendary beanbag fights to the death. *cough*

Yeah, Fran, your theory seems pretty accurate. But I thought it involved Mentos as well?
I deny sending cases of diet Coke and Mentos to TNT's headquarters! Now don't ever bring up the subject again! *evil shifty eyes*

when i got back the tale of woe was still going on, two days after a six month hiatus i began the plot, that night i got to where you are collecting the vines (all but two of them). the next morning the plot is over. still not thrilled about the lack of warning because i am sure i wouldntve bothered (because im equally sure ill get nothing out of what i did). at least altador is up (first plot ive been able to partake in).
