what does the "sticky" tag really means? >.<
how do you really get "promoted"

"Sticky" means a thread will stay at the top of a forum, even if they are not posted in regularly, whereas a non-sticky thread will drop down if it isn't posted in. They are usually important threads, or threads which may need to be referred to regularly
You get promoted by doing a quiz to demonstrate your activity in the guild. The quizzes are on the website.
