I wanted all my pets to be level 10's and higher by my birthday. Then I kept seeing the awards on the pet pages.. And I wanted one! So I am doing the books for each of my pets.
I am up to mega genius (50)'s on all four so far. Did NOT know that it would be this expensive, but it is so addicting xD

Hello everyone! My name is Jessica I have been a member since late october and feel really silly because I just now found the chat room. Talk about having a serious blonde moment. I am 21 and play neopets way more than I probably should. I hope someday to have my Mynci somewhere on the book award list. Im not really sure if my URL is here or not. hi ! i guess im the same as you.. im also buying books and trying to get a book trophy (wishful thinking).. well at least i try to make my pet the garlic kiko smarter she has now read over 100 books and i am very proud..

To answer your question, "I was wondering how people get those snazzy little pictures under their guild ranks."
After you sign into the guild board, there's a place that says, view your profile. If you click there, you can add a web address to the image you want to use.
I haven't investigated it yet, but I thought I saw something on this guild where they can help you with graphics. If you don't already have an avatar you want to use, maybe this would be a place to create one... I'm new here, so I haven't quite figured everything out.

I've just (re)joined the guild. I was a member for a while a couple of years ago... Jenn was in charge then! My account then was out_of_this_wprld, I went by the name Cairo and had a gallery of evil toys!
Anyway, I recently rejoined neopets under my real first name Nicole (nicolesnonsense) after my little sister convinced me to come back. We've got a much better internet connection now and I'm starting to get into all the games, which I never played the last time I was here.

Good morning folks. I just joined Spankaroonie's, I've been a loner for too long, LOL. My pet is number 8 on the reading list.
Actually my other (side) account "dragongraye" is a member since 2003 & now a supermuffet, but we stopped reading books over there a long time ago.
I decided for some reason to put all my resources into the folly of trying to get onto the reading list. My advice? Just keep plugging away...
