Sorry everyone, we received a warning from TNT about Secret Santa. Our guild has a long history of working with TNT and obeying the rules. Secret Santa was our one exception and we have never been called on it before.

Yeay, our very first MOTM of the year! It goes out to a very special d00d, Johan a.k.a. __andraste__!!! Johan is very active in the guild and is extremely helpful and generous to boot! Just to let you all know who may not already know, Johan was visited by the Fountain Faerie, and instead of using it for an av or nice paint job, he painted one of our guild members pets! Ain’t that the sweetest! He also has given out numerous books to members for free! *collective awws* Johan’s pet __Andraste__ has achieved a BRONZE Booktastic Award and an Honorary Book Award! He has a gallery of books he likes to keep, and in his spare time restocks. Thanks Johan for choosing Spanky’s to call home! We lurve j00!

So I’m a day late and a neopoint short, but better late then never right? Anywho our brand new spifftabulous MOTM for December is none other than the petpet hoarding Katie a.k.a. katiep71! Katie has been with us a while now and recently got promoted to sub-council for the amazing help she gives us! For example, she weeds through our old members and also keeps the Gourmet section of the Database up to date! Collecting petpets is her passion! Her petpet gallery is located HERE and her plushie petpet gallery is located HERE! She rather enjoys hoarding healing potions and omelettes as well. Her pet squishy_squashy2004 has achieved not one or two but THREE honorary trophies! One for Gourmets, one for Booktastic, and one for our favorite, BOOKS! Go Katie! Well my dear, from all of us at S2… WE LOVE YOU & Thank you for all that you do for us you wild woman!

For any of you who aren’t familiar with her, let me tell you right now: Foo is one of our most beloved council members. A sweet and giving person, Fooey is a very dedicated council member. She is in charge of MOTM, Secret Santa, and other various miscellaneous things that nobody keeps track of because they aren’t that glamorous. (*cough* writing nice and witty things about the members we spotlight in a timely manner… sorry this is so late, Fooey*cough*) In addition to being a wonderful council member and friend, she also designs custom userlookups and pet lookups in her spare time!!! Foo does it all!Fooey collects Foxes, Fake Hairs, Pickles, Puppets, and *Foo* stuff, all located in her gallery, HERE. She also has a great FAMILY TREE of her neofriends and favorite pets… Be sure to drop by and take a look! As if that weren’t enough, Fooey has five lab rays which she uses to zap nicer pets and adopt out! FIVE!!!

There are going to be 3 price range groups for you to sign up in:

* 10,000 - 50,000 nps (total of all gifts fall in this category, not each gift)

* 50,001 - 100,000 nps (total of all gifts fall in this category, not each gift)

* 100,001 - 250,000 nps (total of all gifts fall in this category, not each gift)

You will be matched with someone in your price range to exchange gifts.

Gifts will be sent to SPANKYSBOOKWORLD (The Guild Neopets Account), and I will send them out so your identity is kept secret!!!

After Christmas, we will have a “Guess your Secret Santa”. If you guess correctly, you win a guild prize. (This is not a contest… Ok, so technically it is. Neo, give us a break… It’s Christmas!!!)

* The subject of the message should be SECRET SANTA

* Your Neopet Username You may participate if you are a qualifying member on a side account, but please tell us both your Primary Account and Guild Account. All purchasing, transferring and receiving of items must be on your Primary Account.

* What price range you want in

* A brief wishlist for yourself (to be sent to YOUR secret santa)

* I will then contact you letting you know who you are buying for and their wishlist.

* It is VERY IMPORTANT that AFTER you send your gifts to the S2 Guild Account,
you send me a SECOND Email stating what you sent.

RULES

1. You must have joined the guild on or before November 1st, 2006 to participate.

2. You must be able to receive items from all, not just neofriends.

3. You will not receive your gift from your secret santa until you have sent a gift for them.

4. Send all items to the account SPANKYSBOOKWORLD. I will then distrubte them.

5. DO NOT give out your identy. Who you are giving pressies to is to be kept top secret.

6. 3 Items MAXIMUM to be sent for your Secret Santa.

GIFTS will be distributed on Christmas Eve. The Guessing Game will be announced a day or two later, along with prizes!
