It is an award given to the one person who stood out above all other members of the guild in a given calendar month.
What is the prize?
Adoratation. What, you expected a rare book or something?
When is it given out?
Randomly during the month.
Who is eligible to win?
Everyone in the guild EXCEPT Council members and previous MotM winners are eligible.
How is the winner chosen?
The Guild Council meets online to discuss who they believe should receive the Member of the Month Award for that month.
How does the council decide who wins?
Many factors come into play in this decision.
